Your Responsibilities:
As a shingle sawyer, your main task will be to transform cedar logs into high-quality shingles. This role requires strong analytical skills, sound judgment, and precision to maximize both yield and product quality.
Shingles are sorted into four quality grades:
- Extra
- Clear
- 2e Clear
- Utility
Each shingle must be carefully trimmed and sorted into its appropriate category.
No Experience? No Problem!
We provide full on-site training. What matters most is your motivation and your willingness to learn a noble and authentic trade.
